1. Who we are

This website is run by Pulse Pharma Mfg Co., a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Himatnagar, Gujarat, India, operating since 1992, which manufactures for other brands (third-party or contract manufacturing) and markets its own range of products. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Pulse Pharma Mfg Co. We decide why and how the personal data described below is used.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the site safely.

• Enquiry form: your name and phone number (required), and optionally your company, email address, city, the products or categories you are interested in, quantity, timeline and your message.
• Spam protection: your IP address is checked briefly in the server's memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not saved with your enquiry.
• Your browser: the products you add to your quote list are kept on your own device (local storage) until you send the enquiry or clear them. They are not sent to us until you submit the form.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
• Staff only: a sign-in cookie is used in our private admin area. Visitors do not receive it.

3. Cookies and tracking

At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. If we add them in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

4. How we use your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unrelated to your enquiry without your separate consent.

• To reply to your enquiry, discuss products, prepare quotes and arrange third-party manufacturing or PCD franchise terms.
• To keep a record of the enquiry so that our team can follow it up.
• To protect the website from spam, abuse and security threats.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

5. Why we may do this (your consent)

We use your enquiry details because you tick the consent box on the form and submit it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 9). Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, and we may not be able to continue the enquiry afterwards.

6. Who we share it with

• Our team, who read your enquiry in our private admin panel and may receive an email alert about it.
• Service providers that help us run the site, such as our web hosting and email delivery providers. They may handle the data only to provide those services to us.
• WhatsApp: if you tap "Send on WhatsApp" or the WhatsApp button, your message is sent through WhatsApp and is then governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Gmail: the icons in our footer take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
• Authorities, if we are required to do so by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while it is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, normally not more than three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 9).

8. How we protect it

We use measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), a password-protected admin area with hashed passwords, input checks, limits on repeated submissions and security headers in your browser. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your rights and how to contact us

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
• correct or update information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• withdraw your consent; and
• address a complaint (grievance). We will acknowledge your request and aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
